Returns & Refund Policy

At Home Anokha, we’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the return meets the following conditions.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All protective covers and packaging must be intact.

The return package must be shipped out within 14 days of receiving your order (not necessarily delivered within this period).

Please do not send your return to the manufacturer. We operate across multiple global warehouses, so it is essential to contact us first before initiating a return. We will provide the correct return address.

Due to hygiene considerations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Mattress Protectors

Return Shipping Guidelines

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

You may return items using any courier of your choice.

We recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage to ensure safe delivery.

Return packages remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our team.

Returns are only accepted via postal services—in-person returns are not available.

Please note: We are not liable for any duties, customs charges, import taxes, or additional fees incurred during return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email confirming we’ve received your item.

We will confirm whether your return has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please be aware:

Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as "delivered" by tracking information or for lost or stolen items. In such cases, we do offer reshipments.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing period:

Verify your bank account or credit card statement.

Contact your credit card provider—posting times may vary.

Follow up with your bank, as it may take additional time for the transaction to be finalized.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please:

Place a new order for the desired item.

Follow our return process to receive a refund for the original item.


Faulty or Damaged Items

All products are inspected thoroughly before shipment. However, in the unlikely event that a defective item reaches you, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
