Refund & Exchange Policy
At Home Anokha, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy, you may request a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All protective packaging and covers must be fully intact.

The return must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. (Items do not need to be received within this timeframe but must be dispatched by then.)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Duvets

Pillows

Mattress Protectors

If you have any questions or concerns about these products, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns may be shipped using the carrier of your choice.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number to monitor the return and verify delivery.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email of its arrival.

You will receive confirmation of either approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note: We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

Important Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

For any items reported as delivered by the tracking service.

For lost or stolen packages during transit.
→ In both instances, we do offer reshipments as a resolution.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait until it arrives and then initiate a return following our standard process.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of approval, please take the following steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post.

Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at Homeanokha@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
